V.I.P Technologies Ltd is a fully accredited Service Support Centre with key staff having over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication service and maintenance arena. We provide Geographical support coverage to both large businesses and SME’s throughout the UK and Ireland. The success of our customer service department is built on reputation for excellence in customer service management and the quality of the personnel.
Our Service Support Team is trained to the highest standards. This covers LG-Nortel, NEC, Panasonic and AVAYA.
Although we provide bespoke packages to suit many organizational requirements, our standard support contract is as follows:
Standard Cover Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Response time 4 working hours
Cover includes :
· Consultancy service on a continuous basis for telecommunication and Data integration requirements.
· We maintain the Central Control Unit and related equipment of your voice system in case of a system fault together with its wiring and key system terminals.
· Technical Support and / or call out charges for system problems and needed replacement parts are also included.
· In addition, our service support contract includes training on the system at installation stage (subsequent training packages are available)
· Remote programming of the system with reasonable requests and a Key Terminal exchange programme.
